How confident are you in the clinical differences in your organization’s offerings? This week, take the time to write down areas where your knowledge is superficial. Do you know about the specialist and not the clinical need? Once the list is complete, put together a plan to learn. Health care organizations are filled with great teachers if you bring the right questions to the table.
