Competitive Persuasion: The ability to provide insights that position the, “why us” is a matter of timing, technique and finesse. This session focuses on capturing better understanding of what matters and then creating a message that resonates at the right time.

Closing Techniques: Every visit needs a close that positions a next step and captures momentum.  Let’s talk about the right topics to advance the relationship and how to package that message and learn whether it’s accepted.

  • Sessions are 2 hours and offered virtually or onsite. Each session allows lecture, active sharing and questions with attendees.
  • Purchase 1, 2, 3 or all four trainings. We will customize to your needs.
  • The sessions are designed for teams of no more than 8 field staff and their leaders. The size ensures active interaction.
  • In the event a single person from a site is interested in the learning. B/Mc will be offering group sessions that included participants from other organizations.
  • Payment is due at the time of training and invoices can be sent on request.
