Monday Morning Minute: Prioritization

Don’t confuse activity with progress. A full calendar doesn’t always mean you’re moving the needle. Before heading into the field this week, identify the two or three targets that have the greatest opportunity for growth and invest your best time there. Intentional beats busy every time.

This Week’s Challenge: Review your calendar before each day begins. Ask yourself, “Am I spending my best time on my best opportunities?” If not, make one change.
