Welcome to a new season of Monday Morning Minute. Each week, we’ll share a brief thought, a practical challenge, and an opportunity to reflect on how we can all become stronger leaders. It is our hope that these moments encourage you, inspire positive change, and help you make an even greater impact through your work in physician relations.

Monday Morning Minute: Close the Loop

One of the easiest ways to build credibility is to make sure people know what happened next. If a physician raises a concern, asks for help, or refers a patient, do not assume the conversation ends when you walk out the door. Closing the loop shows that you listened and that their concerns matter.

This Week’s Challenge: Choose one open item with a referral source and follow up with them before the end of the day. Let them know where things stand and what happens next.

As always please feel free to reach out (info@barlowmccarthy.com) with any questions or if you just want more detail on the short post above. We would love to discuss it further! Have a great week!
