It’s easy to stop at the first answer. “We’re happy with who we use.” “Access is fine.” “We don’t see many of those patients.” The best liaisons get curious and go one question deeper. That next question is often where the real opportunity lives.

This Week’s Challenge: In three conversations this week, don’t accept the first answer. Ask one thoughtful follow-up question and see what else you learn.
