Our sourcing service is built to support in-house recruiters. All our messaging is sent on your behalf. We step in as a member of your team and market your opportunities directly to the candidates.

We have built our process to differentiate from the search firms. We are not a search firm! We work to source physicians on your behalf so that you can handle the other responsibilities that go along with recruiting physicians. We have found one message per month to be optimal and so that is our starting point. We can work with you if you need a more frequent email. We work on a monthly retainer, there are no long term contracts and no placement fees.

Messaging

We’ve been writing email messages for years. Let us use our expertise to put together a sound messaging campaign for your searches.

Starting with just a job posting we often have enough to put together an excellent message. We will put together a personalized message that highlights your opportunity and your area, we will then share it with you for approval. Our messaging changes every month to keep things fresh. And we work hard to consistentelly optimize your subject lines.

Lists

We work with a number of different vendors to provide resident and practicing physician lists. 

In many cases a list will come with your search if you are targeting resident physicians. If needed we can help purchase supplimental resident lists and also help with the purchase of practicing lists. We filter and maintain the lists on your behalf.

Message Launch

As soon as we have our message and list ready we get your campaign ready to send.

Using our proprietary system we will launch your message, manage and pass along leads and handle all the bounces and unsubscribes. All messages appear to be coming from your team. To the physician candidates it is a seamless connection from our messaging to your follow up. We can do basic filtering of the leads as well, but leave the interviewing and vetting to you and your team.

Reporting

We know how important reporting is to your team. At the end of each month we will put together a comprehensive report.

Along with the standard reporting items like Opens, Clicks, etc. We also provide a list of prospects that showed strong interest in our campaign. This allows you to follow up directly with these physicians.
