We all recognize the field rep must work to gain the respect of the physician. For a healthy, functional working relationship you must also have the respect of the internal stakeholders and often it takes a lot of work! This week, pay attention to your approach with the internal stakeholders and see if there is one area where you can adapt your style to earn a little more rapport. It will make this week a good one.
