This new leader intensive takes on two areas that often push leaders in their field management. We’ll start with a facilitated discussion on the key elements of team performance including talent development, expectation setting, and analytics. The second topic is sales planning. We’ll walk leaders through a step-by-step process to better define their sales strategy and how to implement sales planning to refine the team’s focus.
