Monday Morning Minute:
Today’s message is one that we wish was an April Fool’s joke, but it is a very real issue! Much time and effort is spent, or wasted, because of turf battles over who should own the relationship with the doctor. Field staff have an important role to play in this and often, the relationship of a rep is much different than that of an internal leader. This week, consider how you work with internal stakeholders to see the value of the field role and to support you. It will make your week a good one.
