Your ability to uncover the details of a physician’s complaint lends credibility with the doctor but also with the internal team. This week when a doctor complains about something, take the time to find out when it occurred and discuss how they would like you to proceed. It helps externally but I promise it will make for far better conversations with the internal fixers.
