It’s a really good day to think about your field role. The representative’s job is not to pitch and it’s not to interrogate. While you see both styles, the best approach is really to ask informed questions and then to listen for clues. Be prepared to stage this and also be ready to say, “Tell me more…” it will enhance your conversations and your success.
