The journey to successful referral growth is a difficult one, and this year especially so. As we discipline ourselves to hold fast to the process, we also need to find a little time to celebrate small victories and enjoy the trip! Some of the joy comes from the journey. You should call out a few recent victories, this week write them down and each day of the week, read that list.
