Monday Morning Minute:
The best programs are focused on building relationships through regular, face-to-face visits between representatives and their prospects. It’s almost that simple. To earn new referrals, it’s not enough to know what the prospect needs. You must also recognize that the business we want currently goes somewhere else. For representatives to gain those referrals, they need to go beyond simply telling them what you offer. Best-practice organizations position their differences, gain the physicians trust, and earn the opportunity to care for the referred patients.
