Take advantage of cumulative knowledge that is learned from individuals- on the team and in the organization. Leverage phrases and insights that work with others when you script your messages. If you have a challenging physician, brainstorm options with others and test a new idea. This week, consider a practice that has tested you and connect with a teammate for a new approach.
