Hearing problems are a fact of life for the field role. This week, when a practice brings up a problem, work hard to stay objective and gather the details. Capture their words, understand the time frame and the frequency and then promise to communicate it internally. When it makes sense, learn their urgency for a response. Using the customers details will help when you share the concern with your internal stakeholders.
