Monday Morning Minute:
When field sales staff fail to meet the organization’s expectation, it is often because of one of two reasons. In one case, the goals are too broad and too vague. The second reason is that the liaison is unsure about how to accomplish their job. Once you have found clarity for you, ask yourself, “How am I going to accomplish this?” Today, write it down and then use this week to begin to tackle it.
