Monday Morning Minute:
Before you begin your sales calls today, take inventory of your advancement plans with each prospect. Do you have a solid plan in place? Have you considered customized questions that are about them? Frame the dialogue you hope to have and gather the background to support it and your desired outcome. “Old timers” can get sloppy with their planning. Sometimes you sneak by. Sometimes you pay the price.
