Remember those practices who know you best, really do have more issues. They are invested; it is our gift that they are willing to share. Your part is to listen carefully and then communicate with internal stakeholders. This week, treat each of those issues as a gift. Consider carefully what you heard and how you can then present it in the best way possible for the internal team.
