Set realistic expectations for the type and amount of growth you expect to earn for your organization. Changing referral patterns takes time and discipline. Make certain you have a series of messages that are designed for moving the prospective physician in the right direction. This week, take the time to jot down your call objective for each visit to keep yourself on track.
