This week, select a specialty that you need to grow. Consider which competing organizations your prospects are using and then consider what is different about your services. Is it the people, the process, your location, depth of services, ease of access? If you put this in writing, your efforts will be more successful. It’s too important to hope you’ll remember in the moment.
