Targeting the right prospects has never been more important. Have you done an honest review of who’s on the list and why? If not, do a review starting with data and then considering their potential, the growth priorities, which competition might be easier to move from to you. Don’t target based on intuition. This week, make sure your targets are the right ones for success.
