Physician Relations Leadership Collaborative – Talent Development

The pace of change in health care isn’t slowing, and the need for effective, adaptive, and relevant leaders has never been greater. Helping physician relations leaders excel in today’s environment is front and center for B/Mc- one of the reasons we created the Leadership Collaborative. Sometimes physician relations leaders can feel a bit isolated and hungry for colleagues to learn from or network with. The Collaborative provides a unique forum for program leaders to focus on new and different ways to evolve their programs and advance their talent. This small group will have the opportunity to not only learn from experts but also from each other.

Leadership Collaborative Details

• The summer/fall leadership collaborative will focus intently on talent development. Program success is highly dependent on the right talent delivering the right results. Session topics include:

  • Assessing your talent to deliver in today’s environment
  • Setting expectations
  • Creating a results driven team culture
  • Raising the performance bar
  • Difficult conversations
• Time and Cost
  • Eight 90-minute virtual sessions
  • Space is limited to 5 participants only
  • $1,995 per individual
  • Dates/times will be selected once the session is full. It’s imperative that all participants attend all sessions to achieve the full benefit so the schedule will be developed to ensure that is possible.
