Monday Morning Minute:
A field visit is only a valuable tool for the practice if it is customized with a personalized message tailored to their needs… those needs they have told you! Field staff need to figure out how to ask good questions, to learn about their specific interests and then talk about what is relevant to them. This week, consider your asking and telling- the topics and the amount of each.
