Trying to earn crisis referrals is exhausting. Never place immediate impulse type referral growth needs above the organization’s growth strategy. It’s tempting, and individuals usually create such a compelling need, but we run from one hamster wheel to the next. Process and strategy ensure momentum and earn long-term change. This week, consider your crisis requests and a message that works to maintain your focus.
