With the internal pace, it is easy to say the internal stakeholders are too busy to connect. Don’t let it deter you, we must constantly work on improving internal communication. Never allow the adage- “out of sight, out of mind” describe you. Consistent interesting conversations work with the external and the internal audience. Who do you need to reach out to this week?
