Monday Morning Minute:
Being a team player is so important. We focus so heavily on our external audience but this week, take the time to think about what your internal team members need- it can be members of the physician relations team or the broader unit that you work with. Often, we can get a little stubborn and hope that others initiate. Take the time to be the big person and make the first move in creating better internal good will. It’s the right thing to do.
