Any relationship salesperson must be able to do two things well to establish credibility and rapport. First, take the time and make the effort to truly listen to what is being said by your prospect. Second, deliver your message in a way that provides facts but also matches the right emotional context. How are you doing? This week is the perfect time for some self-evaluation.
