Welcome to a new season of Monday Morning Minute. Each week, we’ll share a brief thought, a practical challenge, and an opportunity to reflect on how we can all become stronger leaders. It is our hope that these moments encourage you, inspire positive change, and help you make an even greater impact through your work in physician relations.

Monday Morning Minute: Follow Through

A great conversation can lose its impact if there is no follow through. When you make a commitment to a referral source, whether it is sending information, connecting them with someone, or simply getting back to them, do it when you said you would. Reliability builds trust, and trust is what turns a good conversation into a lasting relationship.

This Week’s Challenge: Look back at last week’s conversations and identify one commitment you have not yet completed. Take care of it today.

As always please feel free to reach out (info@barlowmccarthy.com) with any questions or if you just want more detail on the short post above. We would love to discuss it further! Have a great week!
