Monday Morning Minute:
After a group meeting with the doctors, you should do a follow-up meeting with each attendee. It’s a wonderful chance to add a little information, to answer questions and to assess their response to the physician who presented. Try to do it within a week of the group meeting and gather insights as you work to link the message to a referral opportunity.
