Monday Morning Minute:
The greatest gift you can give to your organization is to be a person with the highest standard of credibility. You don’t turn it off and on like a faucet- using it only when you need it. It is a full-time responsibility. It is to be the “divining rod” of truth. Credibility is hard to earn. It is also easy to lose. This week, think about your credibility with stakeholders and make sure you’re doing all you need to do.
