Monday Morning Minute:
Create a process for talking about issues, like access. If you can get ahead of the issue, all the better. Take the time to develop your talking points so you can put forth an empathetic ear, but still have the right tone and actions on behalf of the organization. This week, take the time to create your message and dialogue for your tough, frequent concerns.
