Monday Morning Minute:
Be candid about your ability to provide a solution when the doctor or practice gives you a problem. While it’s tempting to want to take care of all issues for the practice, it’s a mistake to promise a solution for a problem that is out of your control. Be empathetic, listen, let them know what you can do and how. And if the problem can’t be solved, make sure you share this information quickly. Your credibility is about doing what you said in a timely manner.
