As we approach Thanksgiving, it’s a perfect time to consider our internal stakeholders. Internal integration really matters. Frankly, it often requires a bit of amnesia about what has been and a willingness to take the plunge and create a relationship if one does not exist. Remember, gratitude for those we serve can be better achieved with collaboration.
