Monday Morning Minute:
There are times when a service, especially a new service requires a broad based announcement. A blitz of the market works nicely as every customer gets contacted in a set time frame. As you consider doing a blitz, take the time to make sure the message is meaningful for the audience and that it is brief, succinct and actionable. Message matters, but so does frequency! Make sure you don’t do the “tell and promote” approach too often or it will lose impact. Considering when to use the blitz technique will strengthen your field presence this week and in the weeks ahead.
