To earn referrals, you must treat the prospects according to their wishes and style. While it sounds so simple, it very much requires we walk in their shoes. Have you tried them on? Today, take the time to consider the physicians’ daily life, their priorities and their burdens. Better yet, pick out that doctor who challenges you the most for a little reflection.
