Monday Morning Minute:

Hearing is not listening. As you work with your prospects today, really listen with your mind free of distraction. Pay attention to their body language and really concentrate on what they are saying.  Take note of the difference in you- and in the prospect as you refocus your listening. It’s a really good habit to learn and there’s no time like the present.
