Any sales leader must be able to mentor the most basic building blocks of relationship sales. Good leaders are accepting, patient and respectful in developing their team. This week, if you’re a leader, take a minute to consider how the team would rank you in these areas. And if you’re a rep, give thanks to a leader who has helped you in your path to success.
