We all have practices that seem to have a constant barrage of complaints about the organization. While many may be real, the solutions are not always possible or available to you. This week, take the lead on this topic by starting the conversation with a reminder of those complaints and how you’ve communicated the good doctors’ concerns. Getting out ahead of it will make the conversation go smoothly and your week a good one.
