Monday Morning Minute:

There are lots of opinions about the value of bringing up a competitor in a field visit. I suspect you already know who the competition is, where they are earning referrals and what service they provide. Because client time is often limited, focus the conversation on your organization’s attributes and highlight areas that will add value and differentiate you from those competitors.
