It is really important to understand who’s the competitor and why. Of course, there are the obvious ones, but don’t stop there. Know them all, and don’t let them stop you in your pursuit of new referrals. Use your knowledge for positioning and to differentiate your services. This week, take on one offering and detail the competition and then your internal benefits. Putting this in writing can ensure you’re concise and focused on the “why us” part of this message.
