To earn new referrals in today’s climate, we’ve got to read the room and treat our prospects differently. It sounds so easy, so logical. In reality it takes some time and effort to put ourselves in their shoes. This week, take the time to try it with one of those individuals that challenges you most. It could be an internal stakeholder too!
