Less is more with gatekeepers. From the gatekeeper’s perspective, the essence of the conversation is to rule you out. This week listen clearly to your own conversation with them and stop talking before you give them a reason to say no. A warm well-planned opening can make you interesting when it is customized and differentiates you from the pack.
