While product knowledge and good sales skills are essential, never forget to let your instincts guide you. Sometimes we don’t have the time to think through our responses when selling, if you trust yourself then, let go. It will open your listening skills at minimum and who knows you may amaze yourself with what you can contribute. Try it this week and see what you think.
