Monday Morning Minute:
Crisis sales is exhausting. Never place the impulse sales tactics ahead of your organization’s sales strategy. Those people with the daily census crisis can pull us in but it won’t ever be enough and you risk the ability to really embed your techniques for a long term change and growth. This week, listen to your brain, not theirs and focus on good strategy for referral growth.
