Any sales vision must be respectful of the internal team. As much as you may desire it, others may not understand what you are trying to do. They rarely try to defeat you, they simply require our patience to bring them along. Show them that the results you are earning will be a win- win. This week, find one who needs a little more attention and see what you can do.
