Monday Morning Minute:
Not everyone is going to be thrilled about the future vision or direction. Change means altering, shifting, and feeling vulnerable. It’s their right to feel the way they do. It’s for this very reason, when we are affected by the change, we must be willing to develop ownership of the change process. That may be each one of us. This week consider something that has changed. Can you own elements of it, and will that help you accept the change?
