Monday Morning Minute:
Exceed expectations- so logical, and yet sometimes it’s hard to do. Like the TV show, The Price Is Right, if you underbid, even by a lot you’re in the game, But if you are just $1 over, you are out of the game. If you under promise and let your operational team over deliver, you are in it. This week, consider where you may be overpromising and craft a plan to change it. If we overpromise and underperform, it’s game over.
