Monday Morning Minute:
It’s a new year and our opportunity to consider how to do this job in the best way possible. Perhaps that starts with a little reflection. It’s unlikely that anyone can be an “expert” on relationships since we are always in a state of learning. The minute you believe you have a relationship and resulting field approach mastered is the minute you become vulnerable to errors, mistakes in judgement and failure. This week is a perfect time for a little extra look in the mirror as we face the year ahead!
