Success requires two steps. The first step is one that most field staff have; it is doing relationship building visits. The second step moves you beyond showing up. A sales strategy is formulated for impacting changes in the prospect’s referral behavior. Your success requires both a willingness to make the visits and a strategy to earn the right referrals as a result. Where are you?
