The formula for healthy relationship sales communication is a combination of many simple elements. Listen more, speak less, be open, honest and trustworthy. Doctors expect us to be knowledgeable, realistic and focused on their needs. Success comes easier to those who are brief and always reading the situation. This week, take the time to figure out which attribute could use some of your attention and then work at it.
